Our very first McLaren Vale Viognier production. The grapes came from a small vineyard in the middle of McLaren Flat on Foggo Road. This wine was made in a fresh fruity style with no oak. Bottled young to preserve freshness and flavour.
Viognier can age very well, and becomes quite “interesting” to say the least! If you happen to have a bottle, please enjoy and let me know what you think!
This wine's time has come to an end, but now I have a new range. Vin Sōl is my new label. Same hands, same love of McLaren Vale, and now a new chapter to the story.
